My start up idea is Uber for explainers. Like, you open your app and pick a topic ("Soccer") and a junior Ezra Klein swings by to tell you what the deal is.

also I think Slate sort of used to do this, didn't they? You could email a question and they'd explain the answer.
It's not a bad editorial idea though. We take submissions/ideas for explainers and turn them around in 24 hours.
I'm asking for $25,000 for a 20% stake in my company.
