Speaking of potato salad . . .
. . . have any of you ever eaten a potato salad sandwich?
. . . have any of you ever eaten a potato salad sandwich?
An important afterthought: In Los Angeles, I once ate salad pizza.
Can you elaborate?
Yes.
That looks like it could be good, but wouldn't the toppings fall right off? You need a bonding agent, like cheese.
No, but I would.
I love all the _______salads:
We should have a day where we eat sandwiches with all the different salads insides. A salad sandwich taste test.
The only kind I don't like is shrimp salad (prawn salad in the UK)
It's okay. Not great.
Well, let's think this through. I think the best thing about shrimp is the shape/texture/consistency. So when you turn it into a paste, you're losing all of that. Shrimps don't really TASTE that good, to me, to my taste and tongue.
Can we bring seafood expert Taylor Berman into this conversation?
I'm not really a fan of any of the salads Sam listed.
What salads are you a fan of, Taylor?
Regular salads, with lettuce and veggies in there.
Nope
Missed opportunity.
To clarify: it is two slices of bread with only potato salad in the middle.
Absolutely not.
Excellent high food, would completely outrage Hamilton
I have not, but one of my go-to sandwiches while growing up was rotisserie chicken from the supermarket with potato salad on bread. I may have to eat one tonight for nostalgia sake.
