Trick question, no one can remember anything that happened at Congee Bowery.
One time Greg Howard showed me a quarter and I threw it in the Congee fountain and he called me a racist
It is true that one feature of having a business beer with A.J. or Tommy there was that the second and third rounds of beers would each appear unbidden before the previous beers had been finished.
Sometimes I'd wake up the next morning with the taste of bar peanuts in my mouth because it had been the only actual food I'd eaten the night before at the restaurant.
Those were really great peanuts.
I'll never forget the dozen or so times Paul thought I was Bucky.
