Is it too much to ask that if you write a novel, it not be about YOUR EXACT LIFE THAT YOU HAVE LIVED? It's fiction—make something up! Sheesh!

If you're gonna write about your life I think I'd rather it be fictionalized than be an autobiography/memoir.

Well if everyone saw it your way then instead of having "Treasure Island" we'd have "The Story of a Guy Sitting at a Desk Just Writing." Great.
