Why am I not surprised? I gave up during Episode 2 and never looked back.
I really did think it was very good, or at least very interesting, through the first six or seven episodes. But then it got terrible. That said, I'll still probably watch season two if Soderbergh directs again.
I would have disagreed. I gave it a passing grade, then another, another... and then I got to the end of episode ten.
It seems to me that we have arrived exactly where we started. Like, precisely-exactly, after making a ten-hour loop around the parking lot. So, not only will all characters find themselves in the same places they were already at, when Season Two arrives, but we will find ourselves wondering why we had to bother with Season One, at all.
