I enjoyed Teenage Dream, but Prism was just so committed to treading water that I couldn't with it. "Dark Horse" did grow on me. Was surprised that "Birthday" didn't do better, as it seemed like a no-brainer smash.

I think the operating theory about "Birthday" amongst chart nerds I know is that the horrible video completely sabotaged it. That's probably my favorite song by her.
