I thought she was saying "Ultra Violins" because I'm pretty sure one of the lines in the song was "I can hear the violins, violins".

Yeah. "Violins"/"violence" rhyming/interchanging is used quite a bit—to the point where I figured that she was referencing the cliche/trope, as she often does (or so it seems).
